How do I access my account page?
On your initial purchase you will receive an email with login credentials for both your account access & course dashboard access. . You can access the login page at https://snapz.com/login/
Why do I have two logins?
You will receive two separate logins on your initial purchase by email. One will be your Account Access Login which allows you to view purchase history, update payment methods, cancel subscriptions, and much more.
Your second login is your Course Dashboard which allows you to study the selected Electrical Exam Prep. This has its own interface where you will be able to access the course material on multiple devices.
Where do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Account and going to your subscription tab. You can access directly if you are already logged in by clicking here.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes your subscription is set to auto-renew after your selected plan time-frame. You can log into your account and chose to disable the auto-renew option. You can access this option directly if you are already logged in by clicking here.
